Topline Shop - Sending your material

Our order & material process is very simple and follows just 8 simple steps.

1. Choose your headboard size and style.

2. Check our fabric requirements table.

3. Place your order online, our system at this point allocates your request into the workshop schedule.

4. Topline send you a fabric postage bag with a copy of your online order confirmation.

5. Post your fabric to Topline using the self addressed fabric bag.

6. By email or txt message we confirm receipt of your fabric.

7. We confirm with you, start of production on your item.

8. We confirm delivery details by email or txt message.

Our normal production time for headboards is 5 working days from receipt of your fabric unless you have been advised otherwise (eg for customers' own designs as we need to allocate the correct craftsman to upholster your item).

At all stages of production we keep our customers fully informed. We demand this from our suppliers to allow Topline to meet our 5 working day target on client headboards.

We are often asked "can you just supply me a headboard in blue fabric to match my bedroom". No because below are some examples of blue

 

which we must point out will all displayed differently depending on the settings of your computer. Colour variations are personal choice and only you will know the actually blue you want. That's why we don't supply headboard's already covered.
